Pair of Qalamdan 19 C. Persian Paper Scissors - 10115
Not exactly a weapon but a very fine exemplars of Persian steel craft. These scissors are Persian, 19 C. also known as Qalamdan. and were used to cut paper rolls to the needed size. Two examples are shown here, both early to mid 19 C. hollow ground blades, 3 and 3 1/2 inches long. Total lengths 6 and 6 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
